My experience as a Labor Relations Specialist with the U.S. Postal Service spanned the District, Area, and Headquarters levels, with 16 years total experience. During that time, I advocated 145 cases at arbitration. Additionally, I worked with the Unions to resolve thousands of grievances. As a HQ Labor Relations Specialist, I participated in negotiating 3 national collective bargaining agreements: USPS-National Postal Mail Handlers Union (50,000 employees) in 2011; USPS-American Postal Workers Union (200,000 employees) in 2015; USPS-National Postal Mail Handlers Union in 2016. Additionally, I’ve co-facilitated numerous joint labor-management training sessions with the American Postal Workers Union, the National Association of Letter Carriers, and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union. I am currently on arbitrator panels with the Postal Service and three of its Unions (National Postal Mail Handlers Union, National Association of Letter Carriers, and American Postal Workers Union). Additionally, I am on the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service roster of arbitrators.
